Delivery

We use Royal mail and DHL to send most of our UK orders.
Euro Car Parts reserves the right to use discretion in any circumstance where it makes more sense to use an alternative delivery method.

Delivery usually will takes about 1 to 3 working days for delivered within Malaysia and 2-6 working days for other countries.

Please be aware an automated email is sent to you to the given email address when your order is dispatched. Please check all folders including you junk as it will come from a noreply email address. To ensure emails reach you, add the domain xciteaudio.com to your safe senders list.

We offer a reserve and collect service. Please contact our customer service to confirm the collection. Please be aware, if the product is not available in a local store, you are unable to reserve it.

No, our courier company do not offer the service to deliver on weekends currently.

Yes, it does not have to be the addressee. The signature is electronically logged for security reasons. Any signature at the address will be accepted as proof of delivery.

To order your purchase :-

  1. Click “Add to cart” button on the products you wish to purchase.
  2. Click “Continue Shopping” to continue add other products into the cart or click “Checkout” to proceed your payment for the products.
  3. You'll reach a login page where you will need to log in your account using your Username and Password. If you don't have an account created yet, you need to register an account before you could proceed to make your payment.
  4. You'll need to confirm your shipping address on the “Shipping Address” page and click the “next” button.
  5. From here, you will need to select your shipping methods and click on the “next” button.
  6. Next you'll need to choose your payment method then click on the “next” button.
  7. Reconfirm your billing details and agree on the terms and condition.
  8. Make payment via Bank Transfer or Credit Card transfer.
  9. Click “Confirm Order” to complete the order.

Note: Your purchased products will not be shipped till we are able to confirm the payment


All products transaction currency will be done in MYR / RM. Other currencies such as USD , SGD , AUD and GBP can be accepted. Kindly contact us for payments in other currencies.
  1. Click on “Lost Password?” and fill your email that used to register the account in the box.

  3. A verification token will be sent to you. Once you have received the token, you will be able to choose a new password for your account.

Yes,  only if the order is still on pending status.
- Please send an email to our customer service email at caraudiomalaysia.com@gmail.com with the message title “Request to cancel order” in order to inform us about the cancellation order.
- Orders that are in shipping or shipped could not be cancelled.
