Xcite Audio and Car Audio Malaysia (“we” or “us”) is a product of Stox Trading International Sdn Bhd (company number 1041451-H). Stox Trading International Sdn Bhd is a business registered with the Suruhanjaya Syarikat Malaysia (“SSM”) dealing mainly in import and export of car audio products, headphones, earphones, sound docks and home theatre systems.

This Terms & Conditions “we”, “our” and “us” means Stox Online Trading conducting business as Xcite Audio and Car Audio Malaysia and “you” and “your” means any user who assesses and uses this website.

Use and access to this Website is subject to our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy. By using this website, you agree to be bound and act in compliance to our Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. Should you not be in agreement to our Terms of Use and/or our Privacy Policy, you are not allowed to access or use this Website and you should discontinue such access or use instantly. 

Your access and use of our Website and/or Services represents your agreement and acceptance of our Terms of Use. Stox Trading International Sdn Bhd and it’s product Xcite Audio and Car Audio Malaysia is governed by the Malaysian Law and our entity / subsidiary registered in Australia will be governed by Australian Consumer Laws.
